A highly experienced R&D Manager and Engineering professional who has worked in a broad range of project and managerial roles, both as an employee and as a consultant.

My technical areas of expertise include sustainable product design, mechanical engineering, CMF (Colours, Materials & Finishes) development, manufacturing technology and supplier quality.

I’m accomplished in delivering operational improvements, overcoming design and manufacturing challenges, and raising product quality performance, and I’ve been widely recognised for excellent communication and people skills, demonstrated in cross-functional team leadership and international multi-cultural management roles.

After 30 years working with R&D teams in multi-national corporations I’ve built up a large network of designers, engineers, manufacturers and suppliers, enabling me to connect the right people to produce quality products.
